Booking Conditions : Due to the interest in our courses we are unable to confirm a booking until full payment has been received. Once a booking has been confirmed we will refund up to 75% of the course fees should a delegate give notice of cancellation up to 21 days prior to the date(s) booked, or we will endeavour to transfer you to another date. If cancellation is made within 21 days of the booked course(s) dates no course refunds can be made. Non arrivals will not receive a refund.
